Genot secures last minute entry for France

Young Belgian talent, Cyril Genot has had a lot of injuries the past few years but has been working hard to get back up to his full speed and fitness.
Genot will test the waters in the GP paddock this weekend as he’ll race the EMX250 series in France. The Belgian would rather be racing in the MX2 World Championship and tried for an entry in Mantova but couldn’t get one as it was full.
After support from team’s over the last season, Genot is back to being a privateer so will be hoping to impress this weekend.
“I’m stoked to be healthy again and have to possibility to be at the races I want to be. I don’t really have any expectations at the moment, I’m still building and trying to enjoy every single time I go out there. It’s been a hard time with all the injuries I had over the past 2 years, so it’s nice for me to be back”, Genot commented.
