Geartec make Honda switch for 2020
One of the UK’s top privateer teams Geartec have made the switch from Husqvarna to Honda for 2020 with double British champ Elliott Banks-Browne and ex-European IMBA champ Luke Burton.
The duo, who put their new CRF450Rs through their paces on a private track this week, will contest the British championship and MX Nationals for the upcoming season.
The bikes will be tuned by Ryan Thorpe, the man behind the Buildbase Hondas run by his dad Dave Thorpe. Mark Eastwood will also be working behind the scenes.
As well as Banks-Browne and Burton, the team will also field Ray Rowson in the AMCA championship.
