Gallery: Everts first GP win – 1991

Stefan Everts won his first GP in 1991 at Hungary, Kaposvar. The Belgian went on to clinch the 125cc World Championship title that year ahead of names like Bob Moore, Pedro Tragter, Yves Demaria and Andrea Bartolini to name a few.

Who knew after that season, Everts would go on to win another 100 Grand Prix’s and 9 (10 in total) world titles to go down as the most successful GP rider ever and one of the very best riders we’ve ever seen on a bike – what a career!
