Filip Bengtsson heads to Husqvarna

Swedish MX1 Champion, Filip Bengtsson has announced his plans for the 2019 season and he will leave the JWC Yamaha team, it’s been revealed.
The Swede has inked a deal with Bloms MX and Husqvarna Motorcycles Scandinavia for the year ahead. The main concentration for Bengtsson will be to clinch the Swedish title once again but he’ll also contest some races outside Sweden.
It means the JWC Yamaha team who are expected to race the European rounds of the MXGP World Championship in 2019 will go into the season with a new rider line up. Both, Kevin Strijbos and Vsevolod Brylyakov have been linked with moves to the team.
