European MXDN: Qualifying results

Qualfication took place today in Italy for the European Motocross Des Nations. The event is being held at Pietramurata. Italy have made a good start to the event as Ivo Monticelli and Filippo Zonta went 1-2 in the EMX125/EMX250 qualification race. Going into tomorrow it looks as though it will be a battle between the Italians and the French, although Sweden have fast riders in all the classes so don’t rule them out!

We will see what tomorrow brings and which country can win the event.

In the EMX85 class, Frenchman, Pierre Cantournet spoiled the party for the Italians as he won the moto. The best Italian, Emilio Scuteri was placed in eighth position.
