Benoit Paturel who had been struggling to land an MXGP deal for the 2018 season, finally secured a ride with the BOS KTM team alongside Jordi Tixier.
However, after the BOS KTM announced earlier in the week that Paturel still hasn’t tested the bike, Paturel has took to social media to confirm he has left the team!
The french rider posted the following message:
I discover by the press the official announcement of the early breakup of the collaboration I started with the bos team.
It is regrettable that Mr Bossard’s communication is more efficient with the press than with his pilots.
Although it is not necessary to dwell on the termination of this contract and the reasons for this failed collaboration, I wish mr bossard and his entire team.
I don’t know what to do my season 2018. Count on my determination to align me behind a starting grid”.
So, what’s next for the French rider? We heard from a reliable source that he will be in a red machine for the first round in Argentina.. More on his situation as we get it.
