ADAC German Championship RD1: Results
The first round of the ADAC German Championship took place this weekend. In the ADAC MX Masters class it was Jens Getteman who got his season of to winning ways. He won the first moto and followed that up with a third in race two which was good enough for the overall.
Just missing out on the overall was Dennis Ullrich with two second place finishes. Nikolaj Larsen from Denmark rounded of the podium.
Brian Hsu was the best MX2 rider on the day finishing fourth overall ahead of Henri Jacobi. Both will start competing in the MX2 World Championship next weekend in Italy and could be two riders to watch in the class.
In the ADAC Youngsters Cup it was Miro Sihvonen who was simply on another level on the day. He comfortably won both moto’s and heading into the first EMX250 round next weekend that will give him plenty of confidence.
Zachary Pichon was strong all day on his Suzuki and finished second overall, he will pleased with that! Nichlas Bjerregaard from Denmark rounded of the podium as he edged out Thomas Sileika. Aussie rider, Caleb Grothues was impressive in the second moto coming home in second but a DNF in the first moto cost him a place on the podium.
