Zwarte Cross: Day three results!

Zwarte Cross: Day three results!

It was the last round of the Dutch Masters of Motocross at the very popular Zwarte Cross Festival this weekend.

In the MX2 class it was Thomas Kjer Olsen and Brian Bogers who both won a moto each. Brian Bogers won the overall on the day but as he didn’t gain any points on Olsen it meant the Dane won the series by just six points over the HSF Logistics rider.

Thomas Covington rode well for two third place finishes and third overall.

Behind the American were the F&H Kawasaki riders, David Herbreteau and Ruben Fernandez as they showed good speed to finish fourth and fifth overall respectively.

You might notice that Roan van de Moosdijk isn’t in the results after his impressive qualifying. He had a bike problem and didn’t have a spare bike so it meant he had to sit out the main races.

There wasn’t much of a surprise in the MX1 class as Herlings won both moto’s to take fifty championship points and with that he won the series.

Max Nagl was Herlings closest challenger as he finished second in both the moto’s ahead of his team mate Gautier Paulin. Max Anstie finished the fourth moto in fourth but had a bike problem in the second moto which meant he had a DNF.
