WZ KTM announce 125cc Junior team for 2019

The WZ KTM team will expand for the 2019 season as they will split their team into two parts. They will have a junior 125cc team as well as a 250cc team.

The junior team will consist of three riders who will contest the EMX125 Championship. The riders who will ride for the team are Simon Längenfelder, Rasmus Pedersen and last but not least, Afonso Gaidão.

All three riders will also contest the ADAC MX 125cc Junior Cup.

The 250cc riders for the team will be confirmed at a later date but one thing for sure, is they will have five 250cc riders. It’s set to be a busy year for the WZ Racing team with a total of eight riders over the two awnings.

Simon Längenfelder: In 2019, I will race for WZ Racing. I’m very happy about that! I also want to say thank Harald Pfeil and his whole team. Now I have to give full gas to get ready for the next year.

Rasmus Pedersen: I am really happy to be at the Wz Team next year, its some good people, and its a good decision for me. I am really exited to work with them, and i’m lokking forward to the new season. I wanna thanks Wz-Racing, Mx-shop, Ktm-scandinavian, My trainer Emil Larsen and my family.

Afonso Gaidão: I am very pleased to have signed for this team.  The team believed in me, these two years will be a total development for me. I’ll live in Wolfsburg in Germany at the headquarters of the WZ Racing team. I will be put on a physical and riding training program of a pro rider. I am really look forwarding to competing in the ADAC series as well as the EMX125 Championship.
