The Daytona supercross in Florida takes centre stage this weekend in the absence of MXGP as Jason Anderson continues his domination of the 2018 series in terms of points.
Anderson is playing it smart when he needs to and winning when he can in a brilliant display of maturity and championship management in his first season really in the title pressure of the premier class.
Eli Tomac and Marvin Musquin always ride well at Daytona and with time running out for Musquin, whom is second in points, he really needs a win here to put any kind of pressure on Anderson.
Austina Forkner’s win last weekend puts him only two points behind Zach Osborne in what us developing into a hostile rivalry between both men and their teams, with PC Kawasaki not forgetting how Osborne won the title last year but knocking Savatgy down!
Both are very quick and confident right now and it could just be the race of the night!
Meanwhile, despite the disappointment of the first British championship being e are plenty of GP riders still racing at the first round of the Dutch Masters, with Herlings back in action alongside Simpson, Seewer, Febvre, Paulin, Anstie and Strijbos lining up to name a few.
MX2 also has some decent names with Jago Geerts, Brylyakov, Watson, Sterry, Pootjes, Covington and more all lining up for action in what should be great preparation for Valkenswaard next weekend.
