Vlaanderen: I still don’t know what the future holds

Calvin Vlaanderen ended his MX2 career on a high by winning MXoN with Holland but he is still looking for a ride for next season!

Vlaanderen has reportedly even been looking at America for a ride but some MXGP teams have also been rumoured to be interested as he looks to take the next step in his career after reaching the MX2 age limit. It is surprising HRC Honda didn’t continue with Calvin, who brought Honda success to the MX2 class, and bring him in as the 450 teammate for Tim Gajser with Brian Bogers leaving.

Consequently Vlaanderen says he is still not sure what he will be doing next season, “I still don’t know what the future holds but I’m crossing my fingers that something comes up and I can show you all what I’m capable of doing on a 450.”
