Tommy Searle had a much better weekend in Latvia until a heavy fall at the beginning of race two!

With the drama of Russia behind them, Searle was quick all weekend on the BOS Kawasaki and took 11th place in race one on Sunday just behind fellow Brit Max Anstie. But a big crash out of turn one in race two after, as Searle puts it, ‘I fluffed the start,’ meant he was forced to pull out with the pain and a damaged bike.

Fortunately the Brit says he will be able to race in Germany next weekend, see the crash below by clicking on the arrow to go right.

However, Petar Petrov wasn’t as lucky, breaking his wrist after hitting Searle’s machine at high speed and getting thrown off his Honda.
