Silencing the doubters once again! Cooper Webb came out of the blocks firing at A1, winning his heat race and passing Jett Lawrence to do it and then challenging Jason Anderson hard for second in the main with Jett only a couple of seconds down the road until disaster struck and Webb went down hard. But the gritty Webb still salvaged a sixth place and the confidence that the switch to Star Yamaha seems to have worked!
Webb said on social media: “First one’s done. Heat win and P6 in the main after a trip to endonesia. Ready to go for 17 💪🏽”
