MX2 world championship leader took the win in the Czech Republic Nationals yesterday and the Frenchman was understandably happy with his performance in his first race after lockdown.

“Yesterday went very well,” commented Vialle. “The track was really nice and it felt great to be racing again after so many months. I was riding well from free practice and was first onto the gate. I led the whole first moto and the bike was working well. I had a good fight with Jago Geerts in the second moto but managed to head every lap until the finish. I’m really happy and now we stay in Czech Republic this week and attempt the second round next weekend.”

#MXGP | Victory for Vialle as motocross gets angry again The first round of the 2020 Czech national motocross championship had some fast riders behind the gate. The sun-kissed race at Dalecin was the first to host motocross competition in Europe after the recent forced pause on sporting activity. The hard-pack track was the scene of a powerful 1-1 victory by Red Bull KTM’s @tomvialle28 with teammate @renehofer711 taking second position on the podium and EMX European Championship rider Liam Everts also enjoying a ride-put. “Yesterday went very well,” Tom said this morning. “The track was really nice, and it felt great to be racing again after so many months. I had a good fight with Jago Geerts in the second moto but managed to head every lap until the finish.
