VHR officially make KTM switch

KTM Racing has announced a new Team joining their Motocross effort in Europe as the French squad VHR will be lining up orange machines in the European EMX125 and EMX250 FIM Championships.

Robert Jonas: Vice President Motorsports Offroad: ”French market providing so many young talents lately it became strategic for KTM to secure an organization on the French soil. The VHR team being focused on young talents since many years, it was a natural an obvious reason to come to an agreement”.

Eric Antunes President of KTM France: ”We are supporting many young and up coming kids through our distributors network and we were missing a link to support them up the European level, The VHR team is fitting perfectly in our strategic plan. I’m delighted to welcome them in the Family”.

Bruno Verhaeghe VHR Team owner: “I’m truly honored that KTM is giving us their trust in supporting us for our next chapter, knowing how serious and committed they are in terms of winning races and championships it is a really exciting time for us. This is giving us great motivation to step up our game. For 2017 we are lining up Pierre Goupillon for the EMX2 Championship, Alexis Verhaeghe will continue his progress in the MX2 World Championship while Jérémy Hauquier and Scotty Verhaeghe will debut their 125 journey in the French Junior and European championships.
The Team is becoming more professional with new assets like David Hauquier as Sport Director to overview and manage the Riders, he will receive complementary help from dedicated Physical trainer Willy Bousleiman that will supply individual program to each riders and will follow them over the season.  We have never been so ready to race ! “
