Belgian talent, Brent van Doninck plans haven’t yet been made official for the 2019 season but it looks like he’s heading to Honda.
We heard rumours earlier in the year that the Belgian could be heading to the Assomotor Honda team and while there’s still been no official word on the matter, Brent posted a pic of him on a Honda on his Instagram story which you can see below:
The Belgian has one year left in the MX2 World Championship due to the under 23 age rule so he will be eager to have a good season to secure an MXGP ride in 2020.
The 2018 season was complicated for van Doninck after an injury ruined his winter preparation. He was with the 8Biano Husqvarna team before they closed their doors and the Belgian then ended the season with the DIGA-Procross Husqvarna team where he posted some good results to end up eleventh in the series.
