Townley blasts the first two MXGP tracks!

Ben Townley has launched a scathing attack on the first two tracks of the MXGP series.

The Kiwi said: They aren’t good enough, Qatar and here (Thailand) aren’t the pinnacle of our sport. We are MXGP – the best riders in the world, and these guys (organisers) can’t sit here an say this is an amazing place to ride a motorcycle. We are in a flat paddock in the middle of nowhere. I tried to get a GP in New Zealand, it would have been this weekend or next and you guys would have had the best GP in the entire calendar. In my opinion this isn’t good enough for this sport.”
