STC Husqvarna have announced that they Henri Jacobi will not be on the team in 2019.

The pairing have had a very successful season with the team helping Jacob to have the best season of his career. Jacobi however has been linked to F&H Kawasaki for 2019.

The German team STC Racing Husqvarna and world cup pilot Henry Jacobi will end their cooperation after the current motocross season. The last race of the current tenth of the mx2 world cup rankings on Husqvarna will be the mxon in American red bud early October. Team owner Simone Streubel explained to the end of the season: ” we say thanks to Henry, his family and the whole team stc racing with all helpers for a great season. I think Henry has felt very comfortable with us the last two years and has been able to develop well. We would have liked to work with him, unfortunately this possibility was squandered by the manufacturer. For the future, we wish henry the best in the new team. For the team stc racing it is now called to prepare for the upcoming national and international season without Henry, we definitely give up full throttle!”

Matthias Jacobi, Father and mentor of the thuringian world-class pilot, stressed the good cooperation between driver and team. ” we are proud of what we have done with the team stc racing. We have successfully completed a complete world cup season including flyaway in a German team with a German driver, alone this is record. For Henry Jacobi there are four races in the program 2018. Two world cup runs in Assen (NL) and imola (ITA), the final of the adac mx masters in wood gerlingen and the mentioned mxon in the USA.
