Young Spaniard, Simeo Ubach will make the switch from KTM to Husqvarna for the 2019 season. Ubach will get backing from Husqvarna Spain to try and go for the Spanish MX2 title.

Ubach always shows good speed at his home tracks in speed but so far throughout his career hasn’t been able to translate that speed to the EMX250 championship thus far. He’ll be working to improve that in 2019 and to produce some good results in the EMX250 series which he’s more than capable of doing.

Ander Valentin will also receive support from Husqvarna Spain to compete in the MX1 Spanish Championship.

Simeo Ubach: I actually didn’t decide myself to go to Husqvarna but since Iker (Larranaga) was moving to KTM I knew I would have more support if I moved to Husqvarna. In Spain we have a small factory that has Husqvarna and KTM teams for only the Nationals. This year I will be teammate with Ander Valentin in the Husqvarna Spain team. My expectations for 2019 are very similar from last year. I want to go for the MX2 national title and try to get some solid results in the EMX250.  A big thanks to the whole Husqvarna Spain team for supporting me with bikes, all the spare parts and material
