Sarholz KTM draft in Jordi Tixier for final ADAC MX Masters

The news broke recently that Jordi Tixier and the BOS MXGP team have parted company which left the former MX2 World Champion without a ride.

Tixier hasn’t contested the last few rounds of the MXGP World Championship but he did contest the previous round of the ADAC MX Masters Championship which took place at Gaildorf as a privateer. He ended up second overall after winning the first moto but could only finish sixth in the second moto after a first corner crash.

The Sarholz KTM team have decided to draft him into the team for the final round of the series taking place at Holzgerlingen this weekend.

Andre Sarholz: “For the team and our sponsors it is a pleasure having Jordi with us at the last round of ADAX MX series. Also for the spectators it is great seeing a former world championship in Germany riding a Sarholz KTM. We hope for a good race weekend. For next season, at the moment we are planning everything. Also, we go for the German SX series which has three events this year.
