With Shaun Simpson having already confirmed that he will run his own setup to take on the MXGP World Championship in 2020, it means the RFX by PAR Homes team will sign up a new rider to contest the MXGP World series next year.

The RFX by PAR Homes team were a new team in the MXGP paddock this year and will hope to improve each and every season.

Neil Prince spent the season working as Joel Rizzi’s mechanic but it’s thought he might be more involved with the team in 2020.

Josh Gilbert has been heavily linked to the team for 2020 which will see him make the jump from the EMX250 series to the MX2 World Championship – as he ages out of the series in 2021 it will be his last chance to race the World Championship.

The Brit has spent a number of years with Dave Thorpe’s Buildbase Honda team but it’s already been confirmed he’s on the move for the season ahead. Steven Clarke has been confirmed with the Buildbase Honda team to race the MX2 class.

Russian rider, Evgeny Bobryshev could also be heading to the RFX by PAR Homes Racing team as well but is thought to be waiting to hear what will happen the BOS GP team before signing any deals.

Rumours suggest the RFX by PAR Homes team could are also weighing up a potential switch to Husqvarna machinery after running KTM’s this year.
