Ken Roczen was not happy at all with his steady fifth place in Oakland calling it a “terrible race.”

The German lost the points lead but still sits in second place just two points behind rival, Cooper Webb.

Roczen said: “ Tonight was not good for me. I ended up fifth after a terrible race. I am not going to let that distract me. We will bounce back.”

The championship race is truly on in 2019 with four points between the top four, ( Webb, Roczen, Tomac, Musquin) and Justin Barcia only 11 back in fifth.
