With rumours linking Jeremy Seewer to the Wilvo Yamaha team – a team that Benoit Paturel was linked too, we got in touch with Benoit Paturel’s agent and he confirmed to us that the French talent currently has no ride for the 2018 season.
The French rider had a good season in the MX2 World Championship and won a round of the series. An injury meant he was ruled out of the Motocross Des Nations event and lost his third in the MX2 World Championship that he looked like securing.
However, he had a good season and showed some great speed. At the moment with no ride on the table things aren’t looking too promising for the 2018 season.
If you’re a team manager in need of a rider then surely Paturel is your guy, at the moment it’s thought he will consider every offer on the table.
Hopefully Paturel can get sorted for the 2018 season because he could be a surprise in the MXGP class.
