Channel 4 are the ones putting in the effort and it’s great to see Motocross take the step as it should really help generate more interest in the sport and people will be able to see just how awesome it is. The series will run for twelve weeks on channel 4 at some stage in 2019.
You might be thinking who are Paradise MX Holdays and what they do. Well, Paradise MX holidays is a MX facility in the Murcia region of Spain, it is very much a family run business by a passionate MX family. Linda is an MX mother who travels all over Europe supporting her son Christopher Mills in the EMX250 so she is no stranger to what works well when it comes to nutrition, training and mental preparation. Linda takes care of the running of the villa preparing meals and training packages. Linda’s husband Martin has been around mx for many years and has a wealth of knowledge, he handles the logistics and track side support for riders.
They offer a range of packages from a 7 day holiday which includes your bike transported from the UK down to Spain and return, airport transfers, 7 night all inclusive stay at their luxury villa with swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court and mx track. Four days riding at four different tracks that are prepped, watered and privately hired. They also cater for the more serious racer with a weekend package where you can fly in on a Friday with only your kit bag, ride their KTM 350 or 450 Saturday and Sunday then fly home sun/night Monday. But it’s not just Holidays they are offering. They can offer boot camp holidays for children up to adults with physical training as well as on bike training.
Linda Cuddy: “We are so passionate about what we do, we are not just a MX Holiday company we also do boot-camps which encompass everything from nutrition, physical and mental preparation to yoga and meditation so riders prepare for the year ahead. Our mx holidays are fun, riders can put in motos in at an array of tracks and come back and have a great time on and off the bikes!
The series will run for 12 weeks and will follow us in all that we do, it’s exciting times for mx as it will generate more interest in our sport”.
