MXGP hopes to avoid eruption in Argentina!

MXGP heads to a purpose-built track near the town on Villa La Angostura, in the beautiful Patagonia region of Argentina this weekend. However it turns out Jeremy Clarkson isn’t the only cause of eruption in Argentina, in 2011 there was a big volcanic eruption only 40km from the track over the Chilean border which covered the whole area in 10 -30 cm of sand and ash!

Herlings and Cairoli have got to be grinning from ear to ear at the thought of a sand track, but it will be interesting to see how the ground holds up with heavy rain being forecast on Sunday!
