It’s been revealed that Morgan Lesiardo has secured another ride for the 2019 season. It’s only just been announced that he’s left the Marchetti KTM team but he’s already secured a ride for the 2019 season which isn’t too much of a surprise as he did win the EMX250 title in 2017 after all!
The Italian has inked a deal with the Max Bart KTM team, the team had been running Suzuki’s this year in the EMX250 Championship. However, they’ve decided to make the change to KTM machinery in 2019 and will also step up to the MX2 World Championship.
The plan for Lesiardo is to contest all the European rounds of the MX2 World Championship which is good news for the Italian. He wouldn’t have wanted to drop down to the EMX250 series again after winning the title last year so he’ll now work hard for better results in 2019.
