Lelystad to run International race at the end of July

Plenty of GP riders visit the Lelystad track in the Netherlands during the year to put in the hard pack riding. However, the track will run an International race on Sunday the 26th of July – plenty of GP riders are expected to race as part of the preparation for MXGP season to get back underway.

“I’m excited to start racing again and that we are chosen to host this international race. I’m curious who will be the king of Lelystad”, track owner, Ed Brons told GateDrop.com.

The track at Axel are also expected to be running an International race on the 2nd of August which will be good sand prep with the likes of Kegums and Lommel on the MXGP calendar.
