It was a dominant day for the talented Raivo Dankers as he won both of the moto’s during the ONK championship that took place at Mill this weekend. Rick Elzinga put it two good rides as well to finish runner up in both the moto’s but just didn’t have enough for Dankers on the day. Christopher Mills raised his game and put in two brilliant riders for a third overall which is his first podium of the season.

In the MX2 class it was Aussie, Caleb Grothues who grabbed glory during the first moto. The Aussie rider is preparing for his rookie season in the EMX250 class and looks good during pre season, especially with this victory in the deep sand.
Freek van der Vlist asserted his authority in the second moto winning it by nearly one minute over Noud van Kraaij and taking the overall victory. Caleb crossed the line third in the second moto which was good enough for second overall just edging out Roy van Heugten.
There was a surprise entry as Jeffrey Herlings decided at the last minute to contest this race as extra preparation for the GP of Argentina this weekend. He didn’t disappoint in the first moto as he won it by fifty-four seconds over Micha-Boy de Wall.
However, Herlings had a clutch problem in the second moto which meant he had to pull out and that was his weekend over. That left the overall victory wide open but Jeffrey Dewulf was able to win the second moto to clinch the overall win. Micha-Boy de Waal and Filip Bengtsson rounded off the podium on the day.
