Kārlis Reišulis to contest EMX125 series in 2020

Young Latvian talent, Kārlis Reišulis spent the season based in the Netherlands and improved a lot over the course of the season.

Reišulis had a good season and challenged for the Dutch Masters 85cc championship, in the end losing out to Cas Valk but it went all the way to the final round.

In 2020, Reišulis will make the jump up to the race the 125cc and contest the EMX125 Championship. The Latvian has signed with a KTM deal from his home country (KTM Latvia) and will also race the Dutch Masters again and the Latvian championship.

Reišulis could be one to watch out for as he’s got a lovely style on the bike and he’ll hope to adapt to the 125cc for good results in 2020. He could be the next Latvian to follow in Jonass’ footsteps.

“I’vesigned a deal with Latvian KTM dealer for support during the 2020 season. Next season I’ll start in the entire EMX125 series, the Dutch Masters and the Latvian championships. In which team I’ll compete in the championships, I don’t know just yet”, Reišulis stated.
