Julien Lebeau second overall at Supercross Marseille

Julien Lebeau second overall at Supercross Marseille

Julien Lebeau’s first official start as a DIGA-Procross Husqvarna athlete at the Supercross Marseille was almost perfect.
Already on Friday, the Frenchman could qualify with the fastest time in qualifying for the semifinals and finished in second.
From third on the grid, Julien Lebeau made it to the final on his Husqvarna FC250. In the final, Lebeau was able to prevail against a number of well-known French SX2 pilots and win this by a margin of around 2 seconds.

On the second day of the Supercross Marseille, Julien Lebeau again set the fastest time in qualifying and finished third in the semifinal. Due to the fact that Lebeau was only allowed to roll on the start ramp in sixth, he didn’t have an ideal starting position. Nevertheless, Lebeau made it to the podium in third place on the second evening.
In the overall standings Lebeau finished in first place on Saturday and third place on Sunday equal to the overall winner in second place.

Julien Lebeau: “I am happy that the first race was so successful for me and my new team. It’s a pity that I did not get the overall win, but I’m happy with the second place and I’m looking forward to the next weeks.”
