Isdraele to contest British Championship with JK Yamaha!

Young Italian rider, Tommaso Isdraele will contest the MX2 class at the Maxxis British Championship taking place at Canada Heights this weekend. The team have acted quickly to replace Jay Wilson for the race as he has decided to split with the team and head back home to Australia.

Isdraele put in some good rides in the International Italian Championship and has already been riding a Yamaha this season so that makes him a good fit.

At the moment he will only race the British Championship this weekend for the team before a decision is made as to whether or not he stays with the team for the rest of the season in the EMX250 or MX2 World Championship. The Italian does have some experience in the EMX250 class as he has competed at a few rounds in the past with one his previous teams, Marchetti KTM.

One thing for sure is that Wilson won’t be replaced at the next Grand Prix in Latvia next weekend.
