Irwin & Kullas looking to improve at Lyng

Controversy surrounded the ACU after round one of the British Championship at Hilton Park, but with steps taken to push the British flagship motocross series forward the Heads and All Threads Suzuki team turn their attention to round two at Lyng on Sunday, the 5th of April.

Both Graeme Irwin and Harri Kullas fell short of getting the results they expected at round one, but after some good rides at the MX Nationals, some testing this week and small tweaks to their setup, they’re both confident they can climb onto the podium this weekend.

“We’ve done some testing this week, and improved a few things, so I just want to get out of the start better, then we’ll see. I had a good Nationals race two weeks ago, so if I can get the start, I want to be top 5,  even top three. I’m just looking forward to it, it’s still early in the season, so we’ll do our best and move forward.” — Harri Kullas, MX2, #51

“I’m ready to go, everything’s sorted, and we had a good day testing on Wednesday, so I’m looking for a podium. It’s about time I turned this season around.” —  Graeme Irwin, MX1, #5

“We’ve got Graeme more comfortable on the bike with a few little adjustments on the suspension, and hopefully we can get Harri out of the gate better and at the front this weekend.
I know what they’re both capable of, and having them comfortable on the bikes is a big part of them taking it to the races.” — Neil Prince, Team Manager
