Ireland announce 2018 Coupe de l’Avenir team

At the meeting of the MCUI Motocross Commission on Tuesday night August 21, applications were considered and a decision was made for the Irish team of 2018. Now, after consultation with the applicants/parents I am happy to confirm the team as follows:

Under 21 MX1: James Mackrel

Under 21 MX2: Jake Sheridan

125 2 stroke: Jack Galvin

65cc Class:

Jake Farrelly
Markuss Kalnins
Lewis Spratt

If any riders are subsequently unavailable due to injury the following reserves have been named: Luke Smith, David Galvin, Ben Kennedy, Eric Lynch, Gabriels Gorturenko.
