Hunter Lawrence: I don’t quit!
Hunter Lawrence has come out fighting after a few below par results since his comeback from injury.
Despite noises in the paddock that suggested the Aussie is understandably struggling for motivation now his title challenge is over in his final MX2 GP season with American supercross on the horizon, Lawrence has taken to social media to say he is still working hard and is motivated to get back to his best.
Hunter says he will keep putting in the hard yards to get his confidence back and appreciates all the teams work, and that teamwork (perhaps along with little brother Jett’s success) seems to be keeping Hunter motivated for a successful second half of the year in his final GP season in MX2 before heading stateside to Geico Honda in 2109.
Thomas Covington is taking a similar approach in his last GP season and Hunter and the 114 Motorsports team will be hoping they can replicate the Americans recent form soon.
