Hofer injury update

René Hofer has posted an update on his social media explaining how a stone on the take-off of a jump at an ADAC race in Germany has ended his season.

The EMX125 championship leader says he broke his pelvis and some ribs but he is remaining positive despite the big injuries that have cost him the EMX125 title and a shot at the world 125 title in Australia, saying: “Titles will come soon or later.”

Hey guys, as most of you might already know, i had a massive crash while leading the second moto of ADAC Youngster Cup in Tensfeld last sunday and broke my pelvis and a few ribs. So a stone on the take off just ended my season. But I think I showed everyone what I got. Titles will come soon or later… I will undergo surgery tomorrow and then we will improve day by day💪 I just want to thank all the persons who help me in these tough times.
