The FMX4Ever KTM team will have a three rider line up to contest the EMX125 series in the 2018 season.

Motorsport Verburgh was founded in 1973 as the importer of AJS. Verburgh’s always had racing in their blood and motocross became a family sport.
In the 70’s, Guido Verburgh became Belgian and European Champion. He raced bar to bar with Roger Decoster, Gaston Rahier and Joel Robert and was the factory rider for AJS (with Vic Eastwood), Bultaco and Husqvarna.

In the early 80’s, Jimmy Verburgh took the relay. He became National Champion, European Champion and competed in the World Championship for 7 years finishing 5th place as the best result. Jimmy loved supercross and won several big supercross races around Europe.

In 2002, freestyle motocross took over and in 2003, FMX4Ever was born.

Over the years, FMX4Ever became the largest freestyle motocross logistics fleet, working closely with big brands such as KTM and Red Bull supplying the most famous events such as X-Fighters and Nitro Circus.

Since 2003, FMX4Ever took part in over 500 events and at its peak, the team had 14 world class athletes from 4 continents.

Gaining 4 IFMXF World Championship tittles, 3 World Record, a Red Bull X-Fighters Tour Championship and 10 X-Games medals along the way.

Since 2012, FMX4Ever has been engaged into a youth program, helping local talented kids fulfil their motocross goals. The team infrastructure is set. Its time to start shifting gears and help these kids get the throttle wide open.

Now, the focus for the team is on the EMX125 series. They will have a three rider line up in the form of Wannes van de Voorde, Kjell Verbruggen and Mario Lucas Sanz.

Jimmy Verburgh (team owner): “I have helped Mario over the last years and he rode 2 EMX races before but got injured, now he is the Spanish champion 125, good experience and is ready to for it!

Kjell is the youngest of the team, really talented and after his results he showed last year on the 85. We decide to work with him also.

The 3 guys are really hard workers, fun kids and they know what they want! I want to give them the opportunity to be seen on the international mx seen and they can proof them self to move on in the sport.

With Kjell and Wannes we expect top 15 maybe some top 10 and Mario he aims for top 5 or even podiums. They all got the potential to make it happen. Wannes is one the hardest working kids in Belgium, he has the talent to make it and we want to help him to make it happen

Of course we would like to thank our sponsors, without them it would be possible.

Special thanks to Mikael Detout, his son rides also one the french beach races championships, Baudouin Detout ( he got 4th in the championships).
He has been a long time customer at our shop and I told him about the idea and he was really up for it. He is help out to find financial sponsors from out side the industrie and bring new people to our sport.

Tom Steensels will be the logistics manager and go to all the EMX races to make sure it all runs smooth. I will be at a few but not all because I got 2 son’s Travis and Troy and 2 other brothers, Baptiste and Louis Beerneart who ride the Dutch open and will try at some EMX races also. Obviously I have to go with them.”
