Edelbacher stays with A1M Husqvarna
Heading into this season, Roland Edelbacher would have been excited after inking a deal with the A1M Husqvarna team to contest in the MX2 World Championship.
However, the season didn’t go to plan after he picked up an injury ruling him out of the entire season. The good news for Edelbacher is that the A1M Husqvarna team will stay loyal to him and retain his services for 2020.
It’ll be take two for the Austrian and he’ll be hoping for a strong winter to post good results in the 2020 MX2 World Championship.
“Roland Edelbacher is confirmed. Myself and Edelbacher will be with the team next year”, Leok (A1M Husqvarna team manager) told GateDrop.com.
Leok is also on the lookout for another rider if he can get a rider with the right profile. “I want to give a chance to a young Estonian kid but I can’t just rely on an Estonian rider. I need to continue to give a chance to a great rider if I can find them. We will see”, Leok stated.
