Aussie, Dean Ferris who has experience racing in both the MXGP World Championship and the AMA Supercross series has confirmed he will spend the 2019 season in America.

The last few years, Ferris has been focused racing the Australian MX Nationals but is motivated to race Motocross in America next year. Ferris has notified the CDR Yamaha Monster Energy Team that he will leave at the end of the season and that this is his last year with the team.

“It’s no secret that I’ve been trying to get to the USA now for a year or two. I’ve always had the aspiration to go back and race internationally and the time’s come”. Ferris revealed to MotoOnline.com.au.

Ferris is currently a free agent and is looking for a ride in America but has also confirmed he wants a motocross only ride as it’s his strength and he doesn’t want to commit to the AMA Supercross series.
