Damon Graulus joins 24MX Honda Team
Damon Graulus announced on facebook that he will ride for the 24MX Honda racing team in MXGP from the Italian GP on. Here is the statement from Damon himself.
“Hello everybody!
Today I can finally announce that I will ride for the 24MX Honda Racing Team in 2017. We will participate in the world championship races starting from Arco di Trento (Italy) the 16th of Avril.
I’m not gonna lie, it has been a difficult period for us but we succeeded. Because of that I didn’t had much time on the bike in the pre-season so now I need to work even harder. But I’m working really hard for the moment to be ready for the first GP.
After the first race in Lacapelle Marival I decided to stay in the south of France were I can train in perfect conditions. I’m feeling better every time I ride and I’m happy with my team and everybody around me. I will keep working hard every day. I’m motivated and pleased that I can ride with the 24MX Honda.
I will also do a few races before my GP season starts. Next weekend, I will ride the first race of the french championship in St Jean d’Angely, after that I will also do the first two races of the dutch championship in Oss (26 March) and Harfsen (9 Avril) to be in shape for my first GP.
To come back on last weekend when I rode the Inter Open race in Sommieres.
I finished the day with a 4th overall and ended the day with a positive feeling. The track and MC Sommierois organisation were very good so it was an ideal training.
