Coldenhoff offers update after injury

Glenn Coldenhoff took a big crash at Lommel earlier in the week (see the crash here) which has resulted in a broken wrist as well as a compressed vertebrae.

The good news is that the Dutch talent doesn’t need any operations to get fixed up but he will have a final examination by the doctors tomorrow to double check.

Coldenhoff will need plenty of time off the bike to make a full recovery but we’ve already been told my the Standing Construct KTM team that he will be at the first round of the MXGP World Championship at Argentina in March.

“Thanks everyone for the messages! Had a horrible crash yesterday. Broke my wrist, my back vertebrae T5 / T6 / T7 compression fractures. No operations required. Tomorrow they will make some final examinations. I have been very lucky this time, it could have been way worse.. Keep you all posted”, Coldenhoff commented.
