Barr confirmed for Hawkstone International

Martin Barr will make his outdoor debut on his Crescent Yamaha at Hawkstone Park on the Sunday the 17th of February, the organisers have revealed. Barr rode superb there in 2018, staying with Pauls Jonass for a long time in race one and will be hoping for a similar performance in 2019.

Barr said on social media: “Always looks forward to this event to kickstart the outdoor season against some of the world’s best!”

It means Barr will race three days in a row after as he will have raced the previous two nights at the final round of the Arenacross UK series in Sheffield, meaning Barr only has a month left of his off-season before the 2019 season begins.
