American rider to contest Assen GP

MSmith Electrical KTM have announced that they will have a guest rider during the MXGP of Assen. They’ve managed to secure American rider, Eric Grondahl who will participate in the MX2 World Champioship for the team at Assen.

The British team have contested some rounds of the EMX250 Championship with Josh Spinks this year and have even stood on the podium. The Brit will be joined by American rider, Eric Grondahl at Assen.

Grondahl has experience racing the AMA Nationals and contested the 450cc class at Soutwick earlier in the year where he finished both the moto’s in thirty-second spot.
